The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the bike.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

The bike must be returned complete, with all its accessories and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.

The bike may have been handled or tested to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. In the event of use beyond what is necessary for this trial, a depreciation may be applied in accordance with current regulations.

After receipt and inspection of the product, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
